Responsibilities

• Active member and technical leader of collaborative global IT team, providing strategic guidance for firmwide initiatives.

• Primary responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects across the organization.

• Design and implement enterprise technology architecture and infrastructure strategy.

• Administration and security of cloud development environments (AWS, Vercel, Snowflake, GCP, etc.).

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI products and automation solutions.

• Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Present strategic technology roadmaps, architectural designs, and project status to leadership and stakeholders.

• Set project timelines, manage budgets, identify risks, and communicate dependencies across initiatives.

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs for core technology platforms.

• Mentor IT team members on technical and project management best practices.

• Serve as a key strategic resource with significant influence on technology direction and business outcomes.

• Track record of leading multiple successful projects with measurable technology and business impact.

• Minimum 5‑10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in architecture or senior technical roles, ideally in financial, legal or technology‑driven industries.

• Essential: AWS (advanced), Snowflake (administration & security), Cloud architecture (multi‑cloud), Networking & security fundamentals, Infrastructure as Code, Automation/RPA tools, AI platforms and integration, Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Security & compliance frameworks.

• Preferred: O365/GSuite administration (enterprise level), GCP, Vercel, Physical security strategy and management, Scripting (Python, Power Shell, Bash), Advanced cybersecurity (zero trust, IAM, SOC
2), Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, or similar), Dev Ops practices, Data platform administration.
