What You’ll Do

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the engine that turns awareness into pipeline. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll execute campaigns, partner with Sales, and help define strategy:

• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (Linked In, Google, and others) focused on acquisition, lead generation, and target accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure campaigns align with pipeline goals and drive measurable results.

• Analyze campaign performance, track CAC and ROI, and optimize through A/B testing and experimentation.

• Run lifecycle marketing programs, including inbound and re‑engagement nurtures, and focus on personalization for target accounts.

• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and AI-driven tools to scale growth.

• Partner across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to amplify campaigns and GTM initiatives.

• Support a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

This role is prospecting-focused; you’ll primarily work on driving pipeline rather than customer marketing.

Location:

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing.

• Proven success running multi‑channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.

• Hands‑on experience with Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Hub Spot.

• Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data to guide strategy and optimize performance.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; thrives in cross‑functional teams.

• Curious, creative, and adaptable - enjoys experimenting, learning, and iterating in a fast‑moving startup.

• Experience with technical products or SaaS a plus; B2B2C experience valued as ground cover expands self‑led offerings.

• Familiarity with observability or developer tools is a bonus.
