Our client, a high-growth startup building a next-generation GPU-powered compute platform and are targeting 300MW capacity by 2026, with the first 40MW site going live in January. We are seeking a Network Architect/Engineer to design, build, and scale a next-generation backbone optimized for high-performance compute workloads.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement global backbone networks with segment routing, SRv6, and advanced automation.
• Lead network architecture strategy to deliver ultra-low-latency connectivity at scale.
• Drive automation-first approaches to network deployment, management, and monitoring.
• Oversee vendor selection, peering, and backbone scaling strategy.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and data center teams to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
• Deep expertise in segment routing, SRv6, and next-generation WAN networks.
• Experience architecting and scaling backbone networks in hyperscale or neocloud environments (VxLAN/EVPN, MPLS, SR-MPLS, BGP etc…)
• Proven background in building networks similar to large AI/compute providers.
• Hands-on coding and automation experience highly desirable.
Salary:
• $400,000 gross per year
