• Performs storage and backup provisioning, configuration, maintenance, resource management, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Successful support requires a strong, in-depth appreciation of business operations and processes.
• Participates in gathering support information for management.
• Senior level position requires a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry practices and high level of experience and proficiency in field.
