Technical Test Lead – Service Virtualization-CA LISA

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in Service Virtualization using CA LISA. The role is full-time and located in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications:

• Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred:

• At least 4+ years of experience on Service Virtualization using CA LISA
• At least 2 years of experience with HP ALM/Quality Center
• At least 3+ years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• At least 3+ years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Financial Services domain (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
• Ability to manage customer communication & lead the engagement
• Working Experience in artifacts like Functional Specification Document (FSD), Detail Level Document Design, writing use case flows etc.
• A good team player who can collaborate and work closely with multiple groups
• Ability to multi-task and work under stringent timelines within a strong, high energy team environment.
• Communication and Analytical skills.
