About the role

We’re looking for a systems-minded, AI-curious Senior Marketing SDR Technology & Operations Manager to join our growing Growth Operations team. In this role, you’ll help scale and optimize the technology foundation that powers Rippling’s global Sales Development organization.

This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows that drive SDR efficiency and pipeline growth.

You’ll partner closely with sales leadership, growth engineering, Rev Ops, and other members of marketing operations to enhance and evolve Rippling’s homegrown platforms (Demo Time and Playbook), as well as manage and optimize our broader SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Nooks, and enrichment tools.

You’ll help shape how Rippling’s SDR systems are built, from designing intelligent automations to collaborating with internal teams to create proprietary, AI-powered tools that don’t exist anywhere else in the market.

What you will do
  • Partner with Rev Ops, engineering, and business systems teams to design, implement, and optimize homegrown technologies and automations (Demo Time, Playbook) that power SDR workflows and inbound processes.
  • Serve as the operational owner for Outreach, Lean Data, Nooks, and SDR workflows within Salesforce, including building flows and maintaining key SDR system integrations.
  • Drive Rippling’s AI innovation agenda within the SDR org by identifying opportunities to embed intelligence across workflows, whether by implementing best-in-class AI solutions or partnering internally to build proprietary AI systems that enhance automation, personalization, and conversion.
  • Design and operationalize SDR execution frameworks within Rippling’s internal systems to ensure every marketing-to-SDR handoff is consistent, actionable, and measurable so reps know exactly how to engage, what to say, and the intended outcome of each lead or program.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking SDR activity, SLAs, inbound performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with data, marketing, and Rev Ops teams to ensure clean, accurate data and seamless integration across platforms.
  • Field, triage, and prioritize incoming requests from sales and SDR leadership, translating them into technical or operational solutions with clear business impact.
  • Create technical and business-facing documentation to ensure alignment and enablement across the SDR organization.
What you will need
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce (flows, automations, reporting) and Outreach.
  • Experience managing Lean Data and Nooks or similar productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with enrichment technologies (Zoom Info, Clearbit) and data best practices.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills; comfort working with BI tools and large datasets.
