Head of Infrastructure

As our customer base and traffic continue to grow, were investing heavily in our cloud and infrastructure foundation to support long-term scale.

Were hiring a Head of Infrastructure / Cloud to own the architecture, reliability, and operation of the systems that power our platform. This role leads the teams responsible for cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and foundational services.

Youll work closely with engineering leadership, security, and product to ensure our infrastructure scales safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

• Own our cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP environments
• Lead infrastructure, cloud operations, and SRE teams
• Design and operate highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Drive best practices around infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI / CD
• Partner with engineering leadership on capacity planning and scalability
• Improve observability, incident response, and uptime SLAs
• Optimize cloud cost management, performance, and security posture

• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, or SRE organizations
• Deep experience with AWS or GCP in high-scale production environments
• Strong background in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native tooling
• Experience with distributed systems, networking, and reliability engineering
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Open Telemetry)
• Ability to balance reliability, velocity, and cost at scale
