Work Authorization: We are seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Senior Architect with 8 or more years of experience to lead the design of scalable, secure CCB solutions, including defining overall architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance, define best practices for the use of Oracle technologies, and ensure the solution meets security, performance, and data governance standards.
• Provide oversight for CCB configuration, customization, and extensions, ensuring they align with the overall architecture.
• Work with cutover, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure end‑to‑end readiness and a successful deployment.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, provide expert‑level diagnostics and performance tuning, and support the system during and after go‑live.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions.
• Lead design workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CCB solutions with business requirements and objectives.
