Position: Revenue Enablement Specialist (Temporary)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the onboarding program for new hires
  • Maintain and improve enablement content within the CMS, ensuring resources are accessible and up-to-date
  • Create and update training materials such as onboarding modules and job aids
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to incorporate updates into training content
  • Gather feedback to continuously enhance onboarding content and delivery methods
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a related field
  • Proven experience in executing onboarding or training programs for customer-facing teams
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly Highspot
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable with live or asynchronous training

  • Experience in instructional design and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with strong ownership of tasks and deliverables
