As Vice President of Sales, you will be the driving force behind Interface.ai’s growth — leading new business acquisition, scaling our go-to-market strategy, and expanding our presence within our Ideal Customer Profile. You’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization, shaping our sales playbook, and forging strong alignment across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to consistently win and grow high-value, strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution- Own and lead the entire new revenue function — pipeline generation, forecasting, execution, and deal velocity.
- Design and implement sales strategies for enterprise segments across ideal customer segments.
- Build frameworks to accelerate sales cycles for AI-powered enterprise products, especially within regulated industries.
- Develop playbooks for territory planning, quota allocation, and channel strategy.
- Track performance rigorously across the funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Hire, coach, and retain high-performing Account Executives, SDRs, and Regional Sales Leaders.
- Establish a strong culture of performance, accountability, and coaching.
- Drive continuous enablement — empowering the team with strong ICP alignment, solution value propositions, and objection handling.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure consistent team performance.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap inputs from sales conversations.
- Work with Marketing to sharpen messaging, lead gen campaigns, and GTM material for new product launches.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure handover and support expansion opportunities.
- Support Channel and Alliance partnerships to unlock new segments.
- Lead strategic deals with C-level executives at financial institutions.
- Guide pricing and contract strategies for long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Drive consistent customer value articulation across the buyer journey.
- Represent Interface.ai at key industry events and customer forums.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth, building teams, and closing high-value, complex deals — ideally in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in Fin Tech.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales and delivery models, with a strong grasp of key revenue and performance metrics — including time-to-value, sales velocity, pipeline conversion, ACV growth, and ARR.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams.
- Ability to navigate complex, enterprise-level customer relationships and drive executive engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage data to inform strategy and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
