We’re hiring a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founders and CTO to build AI-powered systems that materially influence how capital is allocated. You’ll ship production code early, own meaningful parts of the product, and operate in an environment where engineering quality and judgment directly compound. ML research credentials aren’t required; exceptional CS fundamentals, taste, and velocity are.

This role is for someone who already has strong options—Big Tech, top AI startups, or quant paths—but wants faster growth, deeper ownership, and proximity to people who’ve built at the highest level. If you’re optimizing for maximum early-career leverage, this is a rare seat.
