- Stay current with the latest developments in AI research
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong publication record in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
- Expertise in one or more areas: NLP, reinforcement learning, multimodal learning
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
