Position: Scrum Master - Infrastructure & Network Engineering (ID: 3105)
Job Description

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for 12 scrum teams delivering infrastructure and cloud engineering projects.

• Drive adoption of Agile best practices tailored to hybrid environments involving hardware, software, and cloud services.

• Partner with engineers, architects, and program managers to align sprint goals with broader delivery objectives.

• Manage execution and visibility using Jira and Git Hub Projects across multiple teams and workflows.

• Identify and resolve impediments and cross‑team dependencies that impact sprint commitments.

• Utilize Agile metrics like velocity, lead time, and throughput to monitor team health and optimize delivery.

• Lead retrospectives focused on actionable improvements and sustained performance growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including at least 2 years supporting infrastructure or network teams.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization.

• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Python/Bash).

• Proficiency in managing Agile workflows using Jira and Git Hub Projects.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Translate infrastructure and engineering objectives into Agile delivery plans with measurable outcomes.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Influence and guide teams in a matrixed environment without formal authority.

• Foster a psychologically safe and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Drive clarity, remove blockers, and support delivery excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
