Term: Contract to Hire

Skill:
The Tech Lead - Delivery Framework will be responsible for building and supporting technology framework / automation solutions that enable and improve the release lifecycle of digital streams.

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who is comfortable coding 50% of the day in discovery and implementation, while also managing and reviewing the daily work of the delivery framework team (onshore, near-shore and offshore). This person is a leader who loves to code.

Essential Functions:

• Own existing and new automation solutions for release tasks, including:oEnd-End delivery orchestrationo

Cloud and monitoring integrationo

Configuration managemento

Integration into version control, project and incident management toolingo

Reporting Dashboards
• Research and champion technical solutions, break technology deadlocks
• Work in a collaborative cross-organizational environment - including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Architect and Executive stakeholders to solution, estimate and plan work, provide status updates and resolve operationalization roadblocks
• Mentor distributed teams across various time zones, with a goal to achieve a 16/5 development and 24/7 support model
• Up to 5% travel – Offices Onshore and Offshore, Training, Conferences – up to 4x a year

• BA/BS Degree + 6 years experience or MA/MS Degree + 5 years experience
• 1+ year as a technical lead in application development
• 4+ years in the design and implementation of delivery relevant tooling, includingo
