Looking for consultant for the below mentioned requirement

The role is:

Hands on Sr SQL Server Development (50%) with some Architect(25%) and Project Lead(25%) experience.

Hands on Sr SQL Server SSIS Developer :

• 6+ years experience in database development, administration and support in MS SQL Server environments.

• 2+ experience architect / design solutions and the ability to convert that into technical specifications

• 3+ experience in leading Onshore/Offshore teams and successful execution on Unisite Delivery

• Capture business requirements and translate them to data requirements and recommended solution(s). Produce documentation for these requirements and solutions.

• SQL Development – ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design ( stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints ).

Create & maintain Integration services (BIDS) Packages, and write complex SQL statements for large scale databases.

• Code optimization and performance tuning

• Design, develop, enhance and support database applications

• Development of complex SQL Code (stored procedures, triggers, views and functions

• Good experience in Database Administration in SQL Server ( 2005 and 2008 ).

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues, Query Performance Tuning & Optimization using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Ability to work on multiple projects to provide adequate and proactive support for various business initiatives and applications
