This position is for an IBM DB2 z/OS Application Database Administrator responsible for the ongoing Database Administration for a live application and the configuration and management of Q Replication using the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) suite.

Configure and manage the database to support ongoing maintenance operations and Q Replication using the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) suite.

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's Degree

• IBM Db2 for z/OS Administration
• Strong understanding of Db2 for z/OS architecture, storage structures, and system performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Db2 system parameters, logging, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER).
• Knowledge of SQL tuning and optimization for Db2 on z/OS.
• IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) & Q Replication.
• Deep understanding of IBM Q Replication concepts.

Salary range: $ – $ per year (full‑time). Pay increment and frequency will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. Part‑time roles will have adjusted compensation and benefits. Benefits may be prorated for those who start during the calendar year.
