The OpportunityAs the Field Marketing Manager - West Region
, you’ll take full ownership of field marketing for the Eastern U.S. Build a regional strategy, deliver targeted events and campaigns, and drive pipeline in a market that’s scaling fast. You’ll operate cross-functionally with sales, alliances, and product leaders to win new logos and grow share using everything from ABM to hackathons to executive summits.
- Remote, West Region, United States
- Own and execute the West Region field marketing strategy: GTM, revenue goals, and priority verticals (AI, fintech, healthcare, retail, media)
- Run ABM campaigns, executive programs, and demand gen that moves pipeline
- Partner tightly with sales, solutions architects, and vertical GTM leads on target accounts and co-marketing plays
- Execute high-impact field experiences: round tables, briefings, workshops, innovation labs, webinars
- Build developer/data science communities through hackathons, meetups, and university partnerships
- Launch channel co-marketing with VARs, ISVs, and GSIs
- Represent the brand at key conferences (AWS re:
Invent, NVIDIA GTC, MIT AI) - Localize global campaigns for regional buyers and decision-makers
- Own budget, track ROI, and report on pipeline impact: leads, influenced opps, partner-sourced deals
- Feed market insights back to product, content, and global teams
- Travel 25–30% for events and engagements
- 7+ years in B2B field and partner experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise tech, with proven pipeline impact
- Industry background in AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar
- Strong ABM, event, and campaign execution skills
- Experience with demand-generation tools including Salesforce, Marketo, Hub Spot, or 6sense
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and long sales cycles
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, campaign metrics, and ROI analysis
- Proven success collaborating with sales, product, and partner teams
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills across sales, partners, and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
