Figma is looking for a leader to join our Product Marketing team. You'll be overseeing the core Figma Design product alongside other design‑adjacent products we are investing in. This is an amazing opportunity to help build and scale out the marketing foundation at Figma, work on a quickly innovating product, and be a part of a passionate user community.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

• Lead go‑to‑market strategy, planning, and execution for our design products and audiences
• Be a strategic partner to the Product team and contribute to the future of Figma with your expertise in our market, competitors, and customers
• Craft differentiated messaging and positioning informed by user research and insights
• Roll up your sleeves and help lead new product launches and campaigns when needed
• Develop keynote and executive presentations for product launches and events
• Enable our customer‑facing teams to help improve sales efficiency through impactful enablement programs
• Build and coach a small team of product marketers; lead with a passion for learning and development
• Help us build PMM team culture and processes—better ways to measure success, communicate as a team, share learnings, plan cross‑functionally, and more

• 10+ years in product marketing or a related marketing role in the SaaS industry
• 5+ years hiring, coaching, and managing direct reports or team lead experience
• Demonstrated ability to become a product and domain expert in more technical and AI products
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated track record of leading partners at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives, and experience driving executive‑level conversations

• Experience working on design tools

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
