Revolutionizing the storytelling experience is just part of an Audible UX Designer’s daily to-do list. You’ll craft refined interface elements and improve usability for harmonious listening anytime, anywhere, on any platform – including iOS, Android, web, and Alexa. As a Senior UX Designer, you will...

• Take responsibility of the overall end-to-end user experience from the big picture to UI layout specifics

• Envision and bring to life intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experiences

• Build relationships which provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers

• Drive the evolution of creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases and platforms

• Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, management, and research on complex user flows and commerce-driven projects

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience

• Experience designing and delivering digital products that align customer needs and business goals; illustrated with a portfolio

• Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end-to-end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices

• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output in all deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions

• Grounded in customer needs and business goals

• Able to clearly articulate the basis of design decisions to stakeholders and respond effectively to feedback

• Experience in a range of design approaches, methods, and tools that you use to plan, concept, and prototype complex projects.

• Experience working across large teams with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience delivering designs intended for a consumer market.

• Experience designing for AI-enabled features.
