The Staff Solutions Architect owns end-to-end solutioning for initiatives across Tonal's Business Systems ecosystem - Net Suite, Salesforce, our iPaaS/integration layer, and the connected applications that run our commerce, finance, fulfillment, and service processes.

You are accountable for the full development lifecycle of the initiatives you lead, from understanding the business problem, designing the future process and the system solution, leading the technical design, defining and executing the test approach, and seeing the change through to delivery and adoption.

Tonal's business model spans connected hardware and recurring membership revenue delivered across multiple go-to-market channels. Accordingly, the solutions you design will touch the full commercial and operational value chain - lead-to-quote, order management, fulfillment and forward logistics, customer support, and reverse logistics - as well as the financial processes those flows ultimately feed. Breadth of perspective across that ecosystem is as important to success in this role as depth of expertise in any individual module.
