Project manager for eQMS consolidation

• Lead the global eQMS consolidation program, transitioning multiple quality management systems to a single harmonized Veeva-based platform
• Drive adoption of the Veeva platform as the foundation for the future eQMS landscape
• Manage the program roadmap across three phases:
  Technical Readiness, Scale and Enhance
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple work streams
• Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across sites while balancing global standards with site-specific needs
• Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies for the new eQMS landscape
• Manage migration and transition activities from legacy systems, including Track Wise, Sci Life, Master Control, and Lotus Notes
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams
• Improve visibility and collaboration for internal stakeholders and customers through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform
• Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution

• Proven end-to-end experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects in pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments
• Hands-on IT Project Management experience covering requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Solid understanding of quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality
• Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation)
• Experience delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators
• Strong delivery mindset and ability to drive projects to completion
• Fluent English
