Business Systems Analyst, Client Billing

OverviewLABUR is partnering with a client to bring on a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will lead the buildout of the client billing solution within Envestnet Wealth Manager for managed accounts. This engagement calls for a seasoned BSA who can operate across middle and back office functions, driving the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live. Responsibilities Lead the configuration and buildout of the client billing solution within Envestnet Wealth Manager, aligned to managed account structures and fee models

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across middle and back office teams

Translate billing and operational needs into detailed functional specifications and platform configuration requirements

Configure and set up billing workflows, fee structures, and account-level rules within the platform

Develop and execute test plans to validate billing configurations, fee calculations, and outputs against business expectations

Drive go-live readiness activities, ensuring all billing configurations meet operational and compliance standards

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align the billing solution with downstream workflows and data dependencies

Qualifications

Managed accounts experience (SMA/UMA) required

Middle and/or back office experience in financial services or wealth management

Strong business systems analysis background with a proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, solution configuration, and implementation

Envestnet Wealth Manager experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience with client billing platforms and processesSQL proficiency for data validation and billing analysis

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Agile experience is a plus Compensation $75-$80/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
