Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.
Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.
Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.
This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.
We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

What you'll do- Be the Go-To for IT Support: Respond to first and second-level requests and issues across workstation hardware and software, network connectivity, and audio, video, and web conferencing systems.
- Own the Service Desk: Actively handle Service Desk tickets, incoming calls, and emails, escalating end user requests within established Service Level Agreements.
- Run High-Stakes AV: Set up and support AV for conference rooms and high-profile presentations, including audio mixers, microphones, camera management, and meeting and webinar settings. Stay calm under pressure during live broadcasts and executive-facing events.
- Onboarding & Workstation Deployment: Onboard new employees, create accounts, and configure their hardware and software; help train new staff on the tools they use. Procure and deploy Windows workstations.
- Administer Modern Tech: Perform basic administration of software and service licensing for our SaaS stack, including O365, Teams, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and Slack.
- Secure the Environment: Implement and monitor security measures, certificates, and company compliance requirements. Support and maintain LAN/WiFi, MDM, EDR, and related technologies to keep IT assets secure.
- Keep Systems Healthy: Review diagnostics, assess the functionality and efficiency of systems, and handle configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Build the Blueprint: Accurately document hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals by recording service desk problem-solving responses.
- The Initiator Mindset: We are a startup environment. We need someone independent and autonomous who identifies problems and takes charge without waiting for a manual.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 3–5+ years in IT Operations or Support.
- The Right Background: Experience at SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, sales or product-driven, consulting, or technology companies, ideally with global scope and large operations teams.
- AV & Connectivity Expertise: Hands-on experience with conferencing systems, live event AV, and networking (LAN/WiFi).
- Security Know-How: Familiarity with MDM, EDR, certificates, and compliance requirements.
- Grace Under Pressure: Comfortable supporting live, executive-facing events where things have to work the first time.
- Future-Focused: You are well-versed in (or eager to master) AI and Prompt Engineering to increase efficiency.
- Personable & Proactive: You enjoy…
