The Dev Ops, SRE & Platform Operations Intern will join a high-impact engineering team focused on improving system reliability, reducing operational toil, increasing automation, and strengthening engineering productivity.

This internship provides hands‑on experience in modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, SRE practices, observability, operational analytics, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation.

The intern will work closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Database Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Dev Ex teams on a project that delivers measurable operational improvements and business value.

• Analyze operational workflows, infrastructure and platform metrics, and service health signals to identify automation and reliability improvement opportunities.
• Develop and test scripts, tools, dashboards, or workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility in a controlled environment.
• Contribute to monitoring, observability, infrastructure‑as‑code, CI/CD, database operations, or developer self‑service initiatives based on the selected project scope.
• Document the solution through architecture guidance, operational processes, runbooks, test evidence, and a knowledge‑transfer package that enables future use and extension.
