Stefanini Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Level 2 IT support team in San Francisco. You will provide deskside IT support, diagnose and resolve desktop issues, configure workstations and mobile devices, and collaborate with global teams to ensure service levels meet client expectations.
Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk, strong communication skills, experience with Windows and Mac OS, and familiarity with Service Now.
