Location:

The Embarcadero, Mission Bay, Parnassus, Oakland Responsibilities:

Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as UC Learning Center, Cornerstone, Sum Total, or similar platforms.

Manage training content and curricula, troubleshoot LMS issues, develop reports, and gather business requirements.

Perform system testing and support end users.

Collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.

Work with LMS systems including Sum Total, Health Stream, Corner Stone, and other systems such as SharePoint, Service Now, and MS Office products.

Requirements:

Experience with LMS administration and support.

Strong analytical, technical, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Intermediate knowledge of IT areas including LMSs, Service Now, and HTML.Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience supporting healthcare, Epic/APeX training, or other large-scale learning environments.

Experience with HTML, Service Now, Zoom, and classroom technology.

Knowledge of business and processes of systems’ training departments.

Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
