Job Description:
- Agile Solutions is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and foster collaboration within our teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: - Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Removing impediments and obstacles to team progress.
- Coaching teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the backlog.
- Monitoring team performance and fostering continuous improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
