Drive monthly store planning and productivity reporting by answering complex business questions and enhancing executive-level reports.

Support store planning and merchandise operations initiatives, including advising on rollout plans for new brands, creating store segments, and optimizing product placement in stores.

Support the evaluation and deployment of new space planning software to improve space optimization and ensure seamless integration with our core data systems.

Support monthly merchandising and weekly operational performance reviews to track key metrics and strategic goals.

5+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science, generating actionable insights through data mining and analysis of large-scale, complex datasets.

Fluency in the core analytics toolkit, including intermediate experience with data mining and writing queries, advanced Excel skills (building models and advanced calculations), and intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving capabilities to strategically tackle ambiguous business questions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into simple, compelling narratives, and comfort engaging and influencing senior executives up to the Vice President level and beyond.

A high degree of initiative, autonomy, and optimism, with proven success in building collaborative cross-functional partnerships across an organization.
