Thumbtack’s IT Infrastructure team seeks an IT Systems Engineer II to build, support, and scale our internal systems. You’ll handle inbound requests, triage escalations, and partner with engineers, PMs, and security to deliver reliable infrastructure and secure access.
You’ll own integrations with Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack and more, automate workflows, and participate in on-call rotations to keep critical services running while mentoring others.
