We're focusing hiring in designated locations, including our existing offices and key growth areas such as Boston, MA, Columbia, SC, Bolivar, MO, and the Bay Area, CA, where we are building stronger team presence and connection. Candidates should be within a reasonable distance of one of these locations and open to participating in those moments as guided by their team and leader.

The Senior Director, Intelligence leads Duck Creek Technologies' Intelligence function, responsible for advancing analytics, insights, and data-driven decision making across the organization. This role oversees the development and delivery of analytics platforms, business intelligence capabilities, and operational insights that enable product, engineering, and business leaders to make informed strategic and operational decisions. Reporting within the Data and AI organization, the Senior Director provides leadership for teams responsible for analytics engineering, business intelligence, and insight generation.

The role partners closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and business stakeholders to establish metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that translate data into actionable intelligence.
