Customer Excellence Engineer

This role sits between sales and implementation, making sure what was promised to a prospect is clearly passed on and can actually be delivered. A strong candidate has worked in solution consulting, solution architecture or implementation, ideally with accounting or financial software, and can demo a product, gather requirements and scope workflows. Clear explanation across customer facing and technical teams matters more than formal accounting credentials.

The product is an AI native ERP that automates bookkeeping and close work, so demos and scoping must show how that automation fits a customer's real workflows and data. Much of the role is judgment and coordination: reading a prospect's needs, translating them into configuration and integration scope, and keeping sales and implementation aligned. The human parts are the conversations, the requirement gathering and the follow through on gaps between teams.

Working here means learning how agentic automation handles close, revenue recognition and reporting inside a general ledger, and how to set up sandboxes and demo environments that reflect that. That builds practical skill in scoping AI driven finance workflows and spotting where automation meets real accounting constraints. It is a good path for someone with financial software background who wants hands on exposure to AI native finance tooling.
