• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 Property Underwriting Assistants.
• Develop personal growth plans and conduct performance reviews/appraisals.
• Monitor workflow, SLAs, and capacity, ensuring smooth delivery of underwriting support.
• Produce reports and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Partner with underwriters to provide pre-underwriting, rating, and client service support.
• Act as the go-to resource for process improvements, system initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships through timely and professional service.

• Insurance professionals with leadership or supervisory experience (Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, etc.).
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys coaching others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must.
