Base pay range
: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

A growing independent insurance agency is actively seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. With nearly 20 years in the insurance industry, this agency is known for ensuring client and employee satisfaction, offering a hybrid schedule with phenomenal benefits, including a 401(k) plan. Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of personal lines account management insurance experience in a brokerage
  • Experience managing high-net-worth accounts preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Strong coverage and product knowledge with an understanding of agency functions and procedures
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred), Microsoft Office, and other database management systems
The Position
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address the insurance needs of clients and producers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance applications.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to foster future business growth.
  • Compile and manage data related to insurance policy changes and records.
  • Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, culminating in finalized sales.
  • Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism consistently.
