Role OverviewAs an Associate, Robotics Program Consulting
, you will help manage the execution of 5 to 6 customer deployments at a time. You’ll drive timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across engineering, support, and leadership to keep everything aligned. This role focuses on producing customer‑facing materials and executive‑ready presentations.
- Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple customer programs
- Keep shared tools like Asana, Notion, and internal dashboards up to date
- Support internal and customer meetings with agendas, notes, and follow‑ups
- Monitor progress on technical tasks and elevate risks or blockers as needed
- Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with engineering, sales, and leadership
- Draft slides, summaries, and visuals for weekly updates and milestone reviews
- Create and deliver polished customer‑facing materials for QBRs, briefings, and executive updates
We’re looking for candidates who have worked in consulting, technical customer success, or similarly fast‑paced, client‑facing environments. You should be comfortable managing multiple work streams and distilling complex updates into clear, actionable outputs.
Tools- Google Slides – for presentation creation and updates
- Google Sheets – for tracking timelines, deliverables, and status
- Asana or similar project management platforms – for day‑to‑day coordination
