Our team is engaging Linguistics Specialists to contribute to a specialized AI quality and evaluation project. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain expertise is what matters.### Scope of Work
• Carefully review and analyze written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, coherence, and completeness.
• Evaluate adherence to instructions by comparing written outputs against detailed guidelines and defined criteria.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback regarding the quality and effectiveness of written responses.
• Identify subtle errors and inconsistencies in grammar, usage, context, and meaning, ensuring linguistic precision.
• Deliver succinct, actionable feedback with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and objective assessment rather than creativity.
• Systematically document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.
• Engage in a four-week initial sprint, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.### Qualifications
• Native proficiency in U.S. English (required for this engagement).

• Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of work.
• Immediate availability and ability to commit at least 20 hours per week while maintaining consistently high-quality outputs.
