Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys and legal teams throughout the full lifecycle of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, organize case materials, and assist with trial and deposition preparation to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality client service. This role may also involve supporting other practice areas as needed based on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with litigation matters from the initial client intake through resolution or trial.
  • Collect, review, and organize documents and evidence related to ongoing cases.
  • Maintain case management databases and ensure both electronic and scanned files are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with technology and discovery teams to support eDiscovery efforts and manage data platforms.
  • Prepare and review court filings, including proofreading, cite‑checking, formatting, and organizing exhibits.
  • Support deposition preparation by compiling witness materials, organizing exhibits, drafting summaries, and managing subpoenas and notices.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required, including reviewing public records, locating witnesses, and tracking evidence.
  • Assist with trial readiness, including exhibit preparation, coordinating trial materials and space, and attending proceedings when necessary.
Qualifications & Preferred Background
  • 2–4 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, legal operations, or a related professional services environment.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of independently prioritizing tasks and following complex instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to handling large volumes of case information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when deadlines require.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary based on case demands.
