We are seeking an insurance coverage attorney to join our firm as an Associate in our San Francisco office. Our dynamic Insurance Services practice group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases.
- Reviewing and analyzing new files from clients.
- Communicating with clients and preparing status reports for clients.
- Interpreting insurance policies and coverage provisions.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conducting legal research when necessary.
- Preparing and leading depositions.
- Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations, when necessary.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Insurance coverage experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional writing, organizational and advocacy skills
