Labor And Employment Attorney

Overview

Traditional Labor Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) for a California Labor & Employment Practice. Our client is an Am Law 100 law firm seeking a 2nd-5th year associate. Open to candidates in Los Angeles, Sacramento, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Provide client counseling on labor relations and labor law, perform legal research and writing, and assist with grievances arbitrations, collective bargaining and union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of traditional labor law experience; strong preference for some employment litigation experience

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

• Admitted to the California State Bar

Compensation

The posted base pay range is $215,000/yr – $365,000/yr. The estimated salary range is $215,000 – $365,000 annually and may vary based on experience and other factors.
