We are looking for a full-time litigator to join one of our top legal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Prosecuting and defending civil lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies
- Negotiating settlements and preparing for trial
- Researching and drafting legal documents
- Working closely with clients and other members of the legal team
Qualifications for the position
include
:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience as a litigator
Strong research and writing skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Salary is up to 150K with Great Benefits, PTO, and Holidays!
