Innovative Patent Litigation Associate — CS​/EE Focus

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will have an interest in learning litigation cases relating to computer science or electrical engineering (technical degree a plus but not required). Candidate will also have experience in providing technical litigation support, such as preparing invalidity contentions and charts and preparing infringement contentions and charts. Candidate will have strong academic credentials, superior writing ability, a quick-study aptitude, ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.

CA bar admission required.
