Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
- Provide hands‑on support throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case initiation to resolution.
- Manage e‑filing for state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
- Assist attorneys with drafting, organizing, and preparing litigation documents for hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Coordinate discovery, maintain case calendars, and track critical litigation deadlines.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort.
- Proven ability to handle litigation filings and court procedures.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
