Our dynamic legal team is seeking a Legal Assistant with strong litigation experience to support complex personal injury and mass tort matters. Location & Salary

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid: 2 days in‑office, 3 remote)
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands‑on support throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case initiation to resolution.
  • Manage e‑filing for state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting, organizing, and preparing litigation documents for hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Coordinate discovery, maintain case calendars, and track critical litigation deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort.
  • Proven ability to handle litigation filings and court procedures.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
