A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Wage & Hour Paralegal to support complex, high-impact employment class actions.
Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
What you'll do- Support attorneys on wage & hour and employment class actions
- Manage case files, discovery, and document production
- Assist with pleadings, motions, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with experts, clients, and co-counsel
- 4+ years of paralegal experience (class action wage & hour required)
- Strong understanding of plaintiff-side employment litigation
- Experience supporting large, complex matters
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Mid-Senior level
