Immigration Paralegal
We are seeking a paralegal with 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Candidate must be California based.
Responsibilities focus on assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non‑immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions. Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family‑based cases. We will train from the ground up, offering insight into the law behind the processes and best practices to ensure success for our clients.
Requirements: BS/BA degree, clear written and oral communication, strong aptitude for persuasive writing, a focus on attention to detail, and efficient time management
Candidate must be organized, must be able to prioritize and multi‑task, possess excellent English communication and client service skills, possess experience in MS Suite and must enjoy working in a team environment. Compensation and Benefits:- Salary range:
In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected base salary range for this position is between $57,000–$71,000 depending on experience - Competitive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan
