Responsibilities
• Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment matters.
• Handling workplace investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and policies.
• Managing employment‑related litigation matters.
• Experience with wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims is preferred.
Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience as an employment law attorney.
• Admitted to the applicable state bar.
• Strong writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
