Job Description
- 1. Lead Vendor Management Function across Logistics and Fulfillment with a strong strategy in fulfillment, and require a strategic planning
- 2. Manage and monitor the performance of outsourcing manpower vendors to ensure they meet agreed service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 3. Negotiate and administer vendor contracts, service level agreements and budgets
- 4. Liaise with vendors to address and resolve any operational issues or concerns
- 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation within the outsourced manpower services
- 6. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- 7. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on the effective use of outsourced manpower resources
- 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
- 9. Manage vendor billing to be invoice on-time and accurate payment
- 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in vendor management or outsourcing operations, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics & supply chain industry
- 2. Strong understanding of service level agreements, KPIs and performance management in an outsourcing context
- 3. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor partnership
- 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
- 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- 7. Fluency in both Thai and English, both written and verbal
