The role supports Capital Budget development and ensures documentation is complete for occupancy, activation, project closeout, audit readiness, and informed decision-making.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Sr. PM exercises independent judgment in managing medium- to large-scale projects of moderate to difficult complexity and may coordinate the work of other Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
