Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + bonus
Position OverviewOur client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate projects. This role requires a skilled leader with a strong background in construction management and facilities management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all operational standards, while also managing relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction and completion, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, while continuously managing expectations.
- Oversee project budget, resources, and schedule, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
- Monitor and report on project performance, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
- Provide expertise in both construction management and facilities management to ensure efficient building operations during and after project completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement cost-control measures, analyze and report on project expenditures, and forecast financial outcomes.
- Continuously review and improve project management processes, ensuring that best practices are followed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on construction and facilities management.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
- PMP certification or similar project management qualification is a plus.
