Job Title: Project Manager (Healthcare Projects)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects, delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly regulated settings, excels at coordinating diverse teams, and can drive projects from preconstruction through close-out with precision, safety, and excellence.

Day to Day

• Manage full project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close-out.
• Coordinate with field staff to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead client communication, OAC meetings, site walks, and support RFQ/RFP efforts.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, agreements, and document control.
• Mentor project teams and uphold a strong safety and quality culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in complex construction projects (Healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project/P6, PowerPoint, Timberline, and Vista (Viewpoint).
• Strong knowledge of building trades, permitting, and schedule management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; OSHA 10 preferred.
