Position Overview
Hawkins Parnell & Young, L.L.P. is seeking a California licensed attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience for their San Francisco office. The successful candidate will learn all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators.

Responsibility- Manage a caseload of litigated claims
- Prepare for trial including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation
- Research complex litigation areas
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and argue motions
- Attend hearings
- Communicate with clients
- Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills
