Controller – Manufacturing

We are working with a client in the manufacturing and distribution industry to hire an experienced Controller. This company specializes in the fabrication and distribution of electrical components for major players in the semiconductor space. With $50 million in annual revenue and plans to double revenue in the next 18 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business.

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company growth strategies.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Oversee cash flow management and accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Lead tax planning and compliance efforts.
• Develop and mentor a team of 4-5 accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights supporting company growth and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Controller in the manufacturing and distribution industry or a strong public accounting background with expertise with manufacturing and distribution companies.
• Strong technical skills in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities with experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Ability to think strategically, providing financial insights and solutions aligned with company goals.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on expanded responsibilities.
